How tracking works

Once your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address you used at checkout. That email contains your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page.

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating after the number is issued. A tracking number that shows no movement on day one is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If you have your tracking number

Enter it on the courier's tracking page linked in your shipping confirmation email. That page shows the most current status — it updates before we see anything on our side.

If you cannot find your tracking email

1. Check your spam and promotions folders. Shipping notifications are frequently filtered.
2. Confirm you are checking the same email address you used at checkout.
3. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

If your order is running late

Our delivery estimate is approximately 7–12 days across the UAE. If your order has passed 12 days, send us your order number through the Contact page and we will raise it with the courier and come back to you.

Delays are usually caused by customs clearance, courier capacity or an incomplete delivery address. Most resolve on their own within a few days, but we would rather chase it than have you wonder.

Order status in your account

If you created an account at checkout, your order history and status are available under My Account.
